We take walk ins when there is room in the schedule or extra time in between appointments. If you are just looking to purchase jewelry, but do NOT need any help changing it, and are not looking for a piercing, we can generally assist you, but you will need to wait until a piercer and the jewelry counter is free.

*We highly recommend appointments if you are looking to get pierced or need help changing jewelry, but we will take you as a walk in if there is enough time in the schedule. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that will happen without an appointment.

*We do NOT take walk-ins for minors, surface piercings, or genital piercings

*Walk-ins are taken NO later than 6:15pm, and the staff is on break daily from 3pm-3:45pm, so no clients will be permitted in the shop during that time.

Age minimums for piercings:

• Lobe piercings
  •  7 years old
• Facial piercings, ear piercings other than lobes, oral piercings other than tongues, and navel piercings
  •  16 years old
• Tongue, nipple, surface, and genital piercings
  • 18 years old
• ALL minors must have their parent or legal guardian present at the appointment with IDEVERYONE, including minors, needs a valid government* issued photo ID to get pierced, including ALL minors and ALL parents/guardians that are signing for their child
• ALL forms of ID used will need to be photographed and uploaded to our private release form database. *WE CANNOT ACCEPT ACTIVE MILITARY IDS for this reason.
  
• If you and your child do not share a last name, additional paperwork is required by insurance (see below)
  
  ACCEPTED IDs
• For Clients that are 18 year old or older (18+)
  We can only accept one of the following ORIGINAL (no photocopies) state or government issued photo IDs.
  • *Valid Passport
  • *Valid Driver’s license
  • *Valid DMV non-driver ID card
  • *Original, unaltered birth certificate WITH non-state issued photo ID (such as school ID)

  *FOR MINORS-
  BOTH parent and child MUST present ID
  Parent: see above

  Minors ages 7-15

• may use just their birth certificate (lobe piercing only) OR passportMinors 16-17
• MUST have an accepted state or government issued photo ID (see above)
  • *Expired IDs will NOT be accepted.
  • *A school ID by itself is NOT acceptable ID. It MUST be accompanied by the original birth certificate.
  • *ALL IDs MUST BE PRESENT, NO PHOTOCOPIES or PICTURES can or will be accepted.
  • *All forms of ID used will need to be photographed for our electronic release form.

  *** If your names do not match then you must bring connecting paperwork (marriage/divorce/name change documents, long form of child’s birth certificate)

  *** If you are the legal guardian of a minor and not the birth parent, you MUST bring your guardianship paperwork.***

  ***Our age minimum for jewlelry changes is the same as our age minimums for the piercing being changed***

All appointments for minors, including jewelry changes,  must be booked through private links sent by the appointment desk

• *Please TEXT OR EMAIL the appointment desk and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. WE MUST BE CONTACTED BY THE PARENT, NOT by the minor or anyone else. Please include
  • YOUR full name
  • YOUR email address and cell phone number
  • The MINOR’S full name and age
  • What is the minor’s relationship to you?
  • What specific piercing(s) and/or jewelry change(s) you are looking to book for them?

If you are bringing in two minors in together, you will need someone to watch whichever child is not getting pierced while you’re in the piercing room if one OR both of them are under 16.

Parents must accompany all minors into the piercing room, and unattended minors must be 13 years old to be alone in the waiting area and 16 years old to be in the piercing room with someone else getting pierced.

If you are over 18, you can use the “book an appointment” button above to book most piercings.

To book an appointment:

• 1-Select the category (ex: ear piercings), then the piercing (ex: lobe piercing)
• 2-To book more than one service in the same visit*, when you are booking your appointment, just choose from the “add-ons” boxes menu when choosing your time slot.

*You can book up to 3 piercings in one sitting and add jewelry changes through the add on service boxes. Please include details about what you’ve added in the note section on the intake form.

*Multiple ear piercings other than lobes should be kept to ONE ear for healing reasons.

*Add-ons are NOT to add other people to your appointment. Each person needs to book their own time.  Please see “Booking Appointments for Multiple People” below.

ALL piercing appointments inlclude time at the jewelry counter to select jewelry for your new piercing, there’s no need to add anything or arrive early.

• Book “Jewelry Change OR Removal (NO shopping)”
• *If you are downsizing excess length on posts for up to 3 piercings
• *If you are removing your piercing(s) and not shopping for new jewelry.
• *If you need up to 3 retainers put in for temporary jewelry removal
• *If you just need a replacement bead, do not need to look at options, (and have jewelry from here)

Book “Jewelry Change 1-3 (WITH shopping)” or “Jewelry Change 4+ (WITH shopping)

• *If you are downsizing excess length on posts or getting retainers for more than 3 piercings piercings
• *If you are shopping for new jewelry as well having a piercing changed. Choose appointment option according to how many piercings you are shopping for

*Jewelry Change appointments for minors should text or email us for an appointment

*Please include any details about what piercing(s) you are changing such as what piercings they are, how long you’ve had them pierced, and if you’re looking for any specific jewelry for it in the notes section at the end of the terms and conditons.

*Jewelry Change appointments only include time at the jewelry counter if they say “(WITH shopping)”

If you’d like to book an appointment for you and someone else to get pierced together, and you are both over 18, please book separate back to back appointments with the same piercer. (do not use the “any available” function for this). Please write your friends’ name in your notes. You should both plan to arrive together at the earlier appointment time.

If you are booking two minors in together please see “Booking Appointments for Minors” above.

If your appointment description says it is “anatomy dependent”, this means it is possible you will not be able to get it pierced. This can still be true even if you have had this piercing done before.

Please either:

• *Book the appointment with a backup piercing that is not listed as anatomy dependent or a surface or genital piercing (these are not piercings offered by all piercers). For this option, in the terms and condtions of the appointment, check off “back up piercing”, then list what piercing is your backup in the designated area on the form.
• *TEXT OR EMAIL us for a consultation appointment before booking the piercing appointment and we can set up a complementary consultation.
• *You can also book the piercing without a back up piercing or consultation and if you cannot get the piercing, we will put your booking fee on a shop gift card for future use. For this option, just check off “gift card” in the terms and conditions and write “N/A” or “Gift Card” in the area that asks for the backup piercing.

If you are looking to get a piercing done that you HAVE HAD pierced before, please mention that in your notes, as well as how long ago you had the piercing originally done and when it was removed. Piercings need to be fully healed before piercing them again. Please do not book an appointment if the area still has discolored or raised skin,  or has any visible tearing or scarring.

• *Book the appointment but come prepared with a backup piercing that is not listed as anatomy dependent or a surface or genital piercing
• *TEXT OR EMAIL us for a consultation before booking and we can set up a complimentary consultation
• If you choose to book the piercing without a back-up piercing or consultation and you cannot get the piercing, we can put your booking fee on a shop gift card for future use!

*If you DO NOT need assistance putting in your jewelry, you can book a “Jewelry Selection (NO service” appointment instead of a “Jewelry Change”appointment. The full booking fee is to secure your time at the jewelry counter and 100% will go toward your purchase or jewelry order.

If you need a piercer to troubleshoot a piercing or need a general piercing check up, please TEXT OR EMAIL us. Please include as much info as you can about your issue and send clear photos when possible.

Initial checkups and troubleshooting are generally done through text or email, then appointments booked if it’s determined that you need to be seen in person. We can figure out a lot of common piercing issues through a few questions and pictures.

We can also generally assist you during walk-in hours, but you will need to wait until a piercer and the jewelry counter is free. Please see “Walk-Ins” for more details.

If you are looking for something extra special for your healed piercing, we can set up a quote or special order through email! Just text or email the appointment desk for more information.

You can also book an appointment for “jewelry selection” and have a piercer assist you with the order in the shop or an “Ear Styling” for  full ear makeover using in-stock jewelry as well as help getting quotes or  placing orders!

We can also generally assist you during walk-in hours, but you will need to wait until a piercer and the jewelry counter and a piercer are free. Please see “Walk-Ins” above for more details.

ID
*EVERYONE getting pierced needs a valid government issued photo ID to get pierced. All forms of ID used will need to be photographed and uploaded to our private release form database. Please see FAQs for acceptable IDs and paperwork needed.

Bringing extra people to appointment
*Please be aware that we cannot have minors under 13 years old be unattended in the waiting room, or any minors under 16 years old in the piercing room unless they are the ones getting pierced unless you have another person 16 and over to watch them. We prefer you do not bring any children under the age of 7 with you if possible. You are welcome to bring a friend if they are over 18, but please limit it to no more than 2 ig no one is there for an appointment for themselves too. We have limited space and they may or may not be able to come into the piercing room.

Pricing
*The final cost of your visit will be determined by what jewelry you decide to purchase. Your booking fee will be the cost of the piercing or service and does not include any jewelry with the exception of Jewelry Selection appointments. Please see “jewelry” for price ranges and read appointment descriptions when booking your appointment.

Bringing in Jewelry
*We DO NOT pierce with jewelry from outside of the shop unless we can guarantee the quality of it. We only carry the best quality, implant grade body jewelry available in the industry which comes with a lifetime guarantee on manufacturer defects. If you have questions about whether or not we can use your jewelry, please text the appointment desk. Please DO NOT book the appointment and just bring it with you, we will not be able to use it.

Redoing piercings
*If you are looking to get a new piercing with jewelry that you previously purchased at Black Diamond or another APP or high quality studio, please request an appointment instead of booking it directly so we can verify that it will work for your new piercing as well as set up a time to reprocess the jewelry if needed. Please DO NOT book the appointment and just bring it with you, we will not be able to use it.

Appointment Terms and Conditions
*You are required to read the terms and conditions you are agreeing to when booking the appointment and honor them when coming to the shop.

Piercing Consent Form
*You will be sent a link to your piercing release form in your appointment confirmation email as well as all reminder emails. Please fill out the form ahead of time and follow the directions that accompany it. You will STILL NEED ALL IDs present at the time of your appointment for verification or in case there was a mistake on the form you filled out.

Appointment Contact Information
*After booking your appointment, our staff may need to contact you with questions, so please respond as soon as possible and book your appointment under your full name, main cell phone number and main email. Appointments for minors should be booked under the minor’s name, but the parent’s contact information.

Booking Appointments for Others
*Please do not book appointments for other people unless you okay it with us first. Booking fees are not refundable and the person getting pierced should be the one to agree to the terms and condtions of the appointment.

Please be Respectful to Our Staff
*If you or anyone in your party are verbally or otherwise abusive to the staff at any time, you will be asked to leave and your booking fee will be forfeited.
