Piercings, jewelry change services, and jewelry sales are by appointment only.

***Our available appointment hours are MONDAY-SATURDAY 11am-7pm.***

***Once your form is received and reviewed, we will contact you with any questions if necessary, and then send you a link to book your own appointment at your convenience.***
APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORMS ARE PRIORITIZED AND ANSERED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED

Appointment requests, emails and texts are generally returned within 24 hours, except for Sundays and Holidays.

PLEASE BE PATIENT, IT MAY TAKE THE APPOINTMENT DESK SOME TIME TO GET BACK TO YOU. The fastest way to get an appointment is to fill out the appointment request form above and answer as thoroughly as possible.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES:

*YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. ALL MINOR APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED BY THE PARENT.

*Appointments may bring ONE additional person with them, but they will likely not be allowed to come into the piercing room. Please do not bring anyone UNDER the age of 13 years old with you, they will not be allowed to be unattended in our waiting area.

*If you are the parent bringing a minor in for a piercing, you must accompany them into the piercing room. This means that you CANNOT bring any additional minors under the age of 13 with you since they cannot be left unattended in the waiting area.

*You cannot book book an appointment for someone else (unless they are a minor, and you are their parent). If you do book one for someone else and we are unaware of it, and you give us incorrect information resulting in them coming in for their appointment unprepared, without ID, or in violation of our policies, the appointment booking fee will not be refunded.

*If you arrive for your appointment in violation of any agreement on the intake form you agreed to when booking, your booking fee will be forfeit.

*Appointments are NOT transferrable to other people, unless a previous arrangement has been made with the shop ahead of time.

*If you do not show up to your appointment, are more than 10 minutes late, reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or show up without adequate ID for yourself or your child (see FAQs at the end of the shop policies for IDs/paperwork needed), your booking fee will not be refunded. Per our insurance, you MUST present proof of age and parentage.

*Masks are currently encouraged in the studio, but are not mandatory.

*If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment that you have booked, and it’s more than 24 hours in advance, you can just go to your confirmation email, and hit the “change/cancel” button”. ***If it is within 24 hours of your appointment, you can still cancel/reschedule yourself, but your booking fee would not refunded or transferred.***

*If the shop is closed for inclement weather, you will be contacted by the appointment desk to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. If a new time cannot be agreed upon, your deposit will be refunded.

PIERCING APPOINTMENTS:

*EVERYONE needs a valid government issued photo ID to get pierced, including ALL minors. All forms of ID used will need to be photographed and uploaded to our private release form database. Sometimes, additional paperwork is needed in order to pierce minors. Please see FAQs at the end of the shop policies for acceptable IDs and paperwork needed,

*You will be sent a link to do your release form in your confirmation email as well as all reminder emails. Please fill the form out ahead of time and follow the directions that accompany it. You will STILL NEED ALL IDs present at the time of your appointment for verification.

*You cannot add extra services to your visit AFTER the appointment is booked and finalized. We book specific amounts of time for piercing appointments, and it will generally not allow extra time for other services OR extra time for more jewelry browsing. If you decide you’d like more than what you booked for originally, please contact the shop (call, text, email) ASAP and we can check to see if we have enough time in the schedule to extend your appointment in order to accommodate a second piercing or a jewelry change.

JEWELRY APPOINTMENTS

*In-person jewelry sales are by appointment only, please¬†see “curbside pickup” for other options.

*You do NOT need to fill out the release form in your confirmation email for jewelry appointments.

*If you will need assistance putting in your jewelry, please be sure you have booked a jewelry insert appointment.

*The cost of your visit will be entirely determined by what you decide to purchase. Your booking fee will be deducted from your purchase or added to your order deposit. Please click the “jewelry” tab for price ranges.

PIERCING TROUBLESHOOTING/CHECK UPS:

*If you need a piercer to troubleshoot a piercing or need a general piercing check up, please email our appointment email or text us. Please include as much info and clear photos when possible. All initial checkups/troubleshooting will be done virtually, then appointments booked if it’s deemed that you need to be seen in person.

CURBSIDE PICKUP:

*Curbside pickup is great if you just need a saline, gift card, or to pick up a piece of jewelry. Please note, we can only do curbside pickup for jewelry if you know exactly what you need and have it ready for you ahead of time. You can prepay and/or set up a time for the pickup through text or email. 

*Pickup times are Monday-Saturday 11:30am to 6:30pm.

*All jewelry related and gift card curbside pickup orders must be set up and confirmed before your arrival, and we cannot always offer same day pickup for jewelry.

JEWELRY ORDERS:

If you are looking for something special for your healed piercing, we can set up a quote and/or special order through email! Just email or text the appointment desk and put “special order” in the subject line.
