Appointments

All visits to the shop, including  for jewelry purchases, will require an appointment.

***Our current appointment hours are TUES-SAT 11am-7pm. We do not accept walk ins***

 

To book an appointment for a piercing, jewelry change, or jewelry purchase, you can:

Our appointment manger Mollie will get back to you as soon as possible. We do not respond to calls and/or messages after hours, or on Sundays.

 

ALL APPOINTMENTS:

*YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

*Appointments are NOT transferrable to other people, unless a previous arrangement has been made with the shop ahead of time.

*If you book an appointment for someone else, you must give the correct contact information for them to the appointment manager, including email and phone number, to be sure they receive the reminders and policy links. If you give us incorrect information and it results in them coming in for their appointment unprepared, without ID, or in violation of our policies, the appointment deposit will not be transferred or refunded.

*All appointment deposits are non-refundable, unless you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

*If you do not show up, are more than 10 minutes late, or show up without adequate ID (see FAQs at the end of the shop policies for acceptable IDs), your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will not be refunded.

*For the time being, we will NOT be offering piercings or jewelry changes for any oral piercings.  We will update this page with any changes to this policy. Feel free to contact us for jewelry sizing through email and a jewelry appointment.

*Regardless of vaccination status, everyone must wear a mask in the common areas of the studio at all times. If you are getting a nose or septum piercing or insert, you still need to keep your mask on until you’re in the piercing room and the piercer has told you it’s ok to remove it.

*We will not pierce anyone who arrives for their appointment who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

*We will not pierce anyone who has applied numbing cream to the area we are going to pierce. These can cause a lot of complications that we are not comfortable chancing and it goes against our insurance.

*Appointments are only for one person at a time, so please do not bring anyone extra to your appointment with you (unless you are a minor*, in which case bring only one parent-the parent signing for you). This includes friends, family members, AND children; If they do not have an appointment, then they are not permitted to be in the studio.

*Upon arrival for your appointment, you do NOT need to call the shop. We book all of our appointments to stagger arrival times (which is why it is SO important for you to show up on time- please see below for details). Just come to the door and our greeter will be there to verify your appointment and get you signed in for your piercing, or assist you with your curbside pickup (please see “curbside pickup for details).

*If you need to cancel an appointment you have booked, and it’s more than 24 hours in advance, you can just go to your confirmation email, and hit the “cancel” button”

PIERCING APPOINTMENTS:

*EVERYONE needs a valid government issued photo ID (see FAQs for ID requirements) to get pierced, including ALL minors. All forms of ID used will need to be photographed and uploaded to our private release form database. Please see FAQs at the end of the shop policies for acceptable IDs.

*Your release form link will be included with your confirmation and reminder emails. Please fill it out ahead of time to allow you more time to look at jewelry, but you are still required to bring all IDs used with you for verification.

*You cannot add extra services to your visit AFTER the appointment is booked and finalized. We book specific amounts of time for piercing appointments, and it will not allow extra time for other services OR extra time for more jewelry browsing. If you decide you’d like more than what you booked for originally, please contact the shop (call, text, email) ASAP and we can check to see if we have enough time in the schedule to extend your appointment in order to accommodate a second piercing or a jewelry change.

JEWELRY SALES:

*Jewelry sales are also BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (see “curbside pickup” for other options). You do not need to fill out the release form jewelry appointments.

*WE CANNOT SIZE YOU FOR NOSE JEWELRY IN THE WAITING AREA, it will need to be sized by a piercer in the piercing room. All oral piercings will still need to be sized by email consult until further notice. Please email our appointment email (see above) for consultation instructions.

*The cost of your visit will be entirely determined by what you decide to purchase. Your appointment deposit will be deducted from your purchase or added to your order deposit.

PIERCING TROUBLESHOOTING/CHECK UPS:

*If you need a piercer to troubleshoot a piercing or need a general piercing check up, please email our appointment email or text us. Please include as much info and clear photos when possible. We must limit the amount of people in the shop, so for the time being, all checkups/troubleshooting will be done virtually, unless we determine after emails that you need to be seen in person.

CURBSIDE PICKUP:

*Curbside pickup is great if you just need a saline, gift card, or to pick up a piece of jewelry. Please note, we can only do curbside pickup for jewelry if you know exactly what you need and have it ready for you ahead of time. You can prepay and/or set up a time for the pickup through text or email. If you need to be sized, or need to browse first, please book an insert or jewelry browsing appointment instead. For for oral piercings, this isn’t an option at the moment, please email us through the appointment email (see above) and we will do our best to size help you.

*Pickup times are Tuesday-Saturday 11:30am to 6:30pm.

*All jewelry related curbside pickup orders must be set up and confirmed before your arrival, and we cannot always offer same day pickup, so please send inquiries for the following day pickup.
