  Black Diamond Body Piercing is a private, appointment-based studio providing professional piercings, jewelry change services, and assisted jewelry purchases in a clean, professional, safe, and inclusive environment.

We are happy to try to accommodate walk-ins when possible, but we cannot guarantee you will be seen without an appointment. The staff is on break daily from 3pm-3:45pm and no clients will be admitted at this time.

***Our available appointment hours are MONDAY-SATURDAY 11am-7pm.***

Our appointment desk hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00am-6pm.

Appointment requests, emails and texts are generally returned within 24 hours, except for Sundays and Holidays.

ALL PIERCING APPOINTMENTS:

*Piercing appointments for minors (see FAQS or shop policies for age requirements) must be booked by the parent through the appointment desk. Appointments for genital piercings, surface piercings, and consultations must also be booked through the appointment desk.

*If your appointment description says it is “anatomy dependent”, this means it is possible you will not be able to get it pierced. Please either come prepared with a back up piercing when possible, or contact us for a consultation before booking or with any questions. We can do quick consultations either in person or through photos. If you choose to book the piercing without a back-up or consultation, cannot get the piercing, and do not have a back up, we can put your booking fee on a shop gift card for future use!

*If you are getting a piercing done that you HAVE HAD pierced before, please mention that in your notes, as well as how long you had the piercing originally and when it was removed. Piercings need to be fully healed before piercing them again, so it is advised you check in with us before booking your appointment.

*After booking your appointment, our staff may need to contact you with questions, so please respond as soon as possible and book your appointment under your full name, main cell phone number and main email. Please do not book appointments for other people unless you okay it with us first.

*EVERYONE getting pierced needs a valid government issued photo ID to get pierced, including ALL minors. All forms of ID used will need to be photographed and uploaded to our private release form database. Sometimes, additional paperwork is needed in order to pierce minors. Please see FAQs at the end of the shop policies for acceptable IDs and paperwork needed,

*You will be sent a link to your piercing release form in your appointment confirmation email as well as all reminder emails. Please fill the form out ahead of time and follow the directions that accompany it. You will STILL NEED ALL IDs present at the time of your appointment for verification.

*The cost of your visit will be determined by what you decide to purchase. Your booking fee will be the cost of the piercing services and does not include any jewelry. Please click the “jewelry” tab for price ranges.

 *It is generally difficult to add extra services to your visit AFTER the appointment is booked and finalized. We book specific amounts of time for piercing appointments, and it will often not allow extra time for other services OR extra time for more jewelry browsing. If you decide you’d like more than what you booked for originally, please text or email the shop ASAP and we can check to see if we have enough time in the schedule to extend your appointment in order to accommodate what you’re looking to add.

*To add more than one service to your appointment when you are booking your appointment, just choose from the “add-ons” boxes menu when choosing your time slot. You can book up to 3 piercings in one sitting and add jewelry changes and extra shopping time through the add ons. Please include details about what you’ve added in the note section on the intake form.

 *We do not pierce with jewelry from outside of the shop because we can’t guarantee the quality of it. We only carry the best quality, implant grade body jewelry available in the industry from companies such as BVLA, Anatometal, Industrial Strength, LeRoi, Maya, Tawapa, and more. All of the jewelry we carry comes with a lifetime guarantee on manufacturer defects.

*If you are looking to get a new piercing with jewelry that you previously purchased at Black Diamond, please Request An appointment instead of booking it directly so we can verify that it will work as well as set up a time to reprocess the jewelry. Please DO NOT book the appointment and just bring it with you, we will not be able to use it.

JEWELRY INSERT/REMOVAL APPOINTMENTS:

*If you DO need assistance putting in your jewelry, please be sure you have booked a jewelry insert appointment (and for the appropriate number of piercings). If you do not need assistance and just want time to shop, then please book a “Jewelry Selection” appointment instead.

*If you are just removing your piercing(s) and not shopping for any new jewelry to put in, or need retainers for temporary removal, please use the “Request an Appointment” function instead of booking your own appointment.

*Jewelry Insert appointments for minors (see FAQS or shop policies for age requirements) may be booked directly through the site, but must still be booked by the parent. Feel free to still use the request button if you need assistance or text us if you have any questions beforehand.

*Please include any details about what piercing(s) you are changing such as what piercings they are, how long you’ve had them pierced, and if you’re looking for any specific jewelry for it in the notes section.

*The cost of your visit will be determined by what you decide to purchase. Your booking fee will be the cost of the service to change the jewelry in your piercings and does not include any jewelry. Please click the “jewelry” tab for price ranges. 

 *We do insert jewelry from outside of the shop because we can’t guarantee the quality of it. We only carry the best quality, implant grade body jewelry available in the industry from companies such as BVLA, Anatometal, Industrial Strength, LeRoi, Maya, Tawapa, and more. All of the jewelry we carry comes with a lifetime guarantee on defects.

JEWELRY SELECTION (NO SERVICE) APPOINTMENTS:

*If you DO NOT need assistance putting in your jewelry, please be sure you have booked a “Jewelry Selection” appointment instead of a “Jewelry Insert” appointment.

*Jewelry shopping appointments for minors (see FAQS or shop policies for age requirements) may be booked directly through the site, but must still be booked by the parent. Feel free to still use the request button if you need assistance or text us if you have any questions beforehand.

*The cost of your visit will be entirely determined by what you decide to purchase. Your booking fee will be deducted from your purchase or added to your order deposit. Please click the “jewelry” tab for price ranges.

*You do NOT need to fill out the release form in your confirmation email for jewelry appointments.

 PIERCING TROUBLESHOOTING/CHECK UPS:

*If you need a piercer to troubleshoot a piercing or need a general piercing check up, please fill out an appointment request form, or email/ text us (see above). Please include as much info as you can about your issue and send clear photos when possible. All initial checkups/troubleshooting will be done virtually, then appointments will be booked if it’s deemed that you need to be seen in person.

CURBSIDE PICKUP:

*Curbside pickup is great if you just need a saline, gift card, or grab a replacement bead or special order. Please note, curbside pickup is reserved for jewelry orders or a quick replacement, so you must know exactly what you need, and we will have it ready for you ahead of time. There will be no time to browse the counter. You can prepay and/or set up a time for the pickup through text or email.

*All curbside pickup orders must be set up and confirmed before your arrival, and we cannot always offer same day pickup for jewelry.

*Pickup times are Monday-Saturday 11:30am to 6:30pm. 

JEWELRY ORDERS:

If you are looking for something special for your healed piercing, we can set up a quote and/or special order through email! Just email or text the appointment desk and put “special order” in the subject line.You can also book a “jewelry selection” appointment and have a piercer assist you with the order.
